For each visitor to the web-portal, the University's server does not recognize any information regarding the student's domain or e-mail address or mobile phone. Sessions of visitors to the web-portal are monitored, but the user remains anonymous. The web-portal collects only that information which is volunteered by the visitor, such as user ID generated through site registration and the e-mail ID. The University does share personal information about the student with other persons or companies except for providing products or services the student has requested for.

Every effort has been made by the University to ensure that the online payment system is accurately and correctly operated through the given system.

If due to failure in link, or any error either in the process or in the server of the bank, the online payment fails, the University would not be responsible for the non-payment, in which event the student should prefer to make the payment manually. |

The University reserves the right to discontinue the online payment system at any point of time, if the situation so warrants. But in such event of discontinuance of the system, the University would provide immediate information of the same through notice in the portal itself, besides other modes of intimation, so that the students would make their payments manually. |
